The available jewels will be shipped within three working days and normally delivered within the same number of working days.
As soon as you place your order we will contact you to inform you if the jewel you have chosen is not immediately available and we will provide you with an estimate of the timing for reproducing it.
If the timing is not satisfactory you can cancel the order and receive a refund.
