Shipping costs are included in the price of the products. Check that you have set the country correctly in the site menu (from a mobile device) or in the footer at the bottom of each page.

The available jewels will be shipped within three working days and normally delivered within the same number of working days.

As soon as you place your order, we will contact you to inform you if the jewel you have chosen is not immediately available and we will provide you with an estimate of how long it will take to reproduce it.

If the timing is not satisfactory you can cancel the order and receive a refund.
